I had a really incredible experience at this hotel, especially with the staff. They went above and beyond, even returning my forgotten ID from another state, which really impressed me. The rooms were comfortable, especially the Super Deluxe ones, but do keep in mind that traffic noise can be an issue on the first floor. Overall, while the dining arrangements had some room for improvement, the staff made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.
